They are from Soul Calibur III
This two character are my favorite 
I still playing Soul Calibur III in ps2 because I miss that game very much
such many memories... when I was a school ..I and my big brother always playing SCIII and SC II,
Soul Calibur III such special games and I really love that game because SCIII is the original one
( there's no feature like Ezio,Darth Vader and many..)  I really enjoy SCIII game again and is really fun.
